Standard Regional Guidelines

By the definition in the AYSO Bylaws, the Standard Regional Guidelines are in effect unless overridden. They dictate the rules by which a region operates.

A region can rewrite or add to them. They must submit them to the Area and Section Director for approval and eventually have them filed at the NSTC.
