National Executive Director

The National Executive Director is the chief administrative officer of AYSO and is responsible for the paid staff at the NSTC. The National Executive Director is hired and supervised by the National Board of Directors.

The current National Executive Director is Rick Davis. Rick began his soccer career in AYSO at age 7 and went on to become a renowned Olympic and professional soccer player during the 1980's. He is inducted in the National Soccer Hall of Fame and still holds the record for the most international caps (goals) on the American National Men's team.
